THE FOLLOWING WILL CONSTITUTE DAMAGE TO THIS PORTABLE AND INCUR A FEE ON RETURN

ANY MODIFICATIONS TO PORTABLE WILL RESULT IN REPLACEMENT FEES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  •     Penetration to walls, floor or ceiling.
  •     Any damage to the building roof. Please note: The portable roof is NOT suitable for storage.
  •     Damage or alterations to fixtures & fittings attached to walls, floor & ceiling.
  •     Damage or alterations to attachment of conduits & other services e.g. plumbing.
  •     Damage or alterations to posters/signs attached to internal & external walls.
  •     Attachment of café/bars etc.
  •     Installation of data or power points in portable or any modification to switchboard.
  •     Modification to point of entry box (including poles installed to external walls).
  •     Damage or modification to windows, flywire and/or security grills.
  •     Graffiti and/or Paint marks that can’t be removed with reasonable effort.
  •     Any damage or modification to air-conditioning unit or miniboil.
  •     Damage/missing tapware in lunchroom/toilet areas.
  •     Any damage to toilets including seats & cisterns.
  •     Damage to taps and cisterns due to excess calcification (caused by lack of cleaning from customers).
  •     Missing/not returned ancillary items will be charged at replacement cost.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR CLEANING AND/OR REPAIRS NEEDED DUE TO:

  •       Graffiti.
  •       Double sided tape, glue, silicone residue.
  •       Paint marks.
  •       Food mould/dirt left in fridges or on benchtops.
  •     Ancillaries that require additional cleaning.
  •     Concrete Splatters.
  •  

BASEFRAME DAMAGE TO SKIDS, RETRACTABLE LIFTERS & PERIMETRE CHASSIE CAN RESULT IN MAJOR REWORK OR PURCHASE OF PORTABLE BY CUSTOMER 

 

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PORTABLE:     

  •     Ensure all ancillaries are stored off the sink and secured for transit.
  •     Toilet is disconnected from tank, HWS & pipes. 
  •     Toilet is flushed out.
  •     Customer padlock is removed from your lockbox.
